The role of nurses have become more challenging and complex requiring nurses to actively participate in the health care decisions of the patients. Nurses need to be more efficient in understanding how these changes in society, education, and health care, influences health outcomes. These changes must be considered and incorporated in the curriculum by nurse educators. Nursing Students also need to be conscious about the evolving trends and issues and learn how they impact learning and practice (Jacob, & Vanderhoef, 2012). Several studies have indicated that patients get inadequate information about their sickness and self-care while they are getting discharged from hospitals. The research studies showed that patients scored least satisfaction for patient education among other nursing care.Educating patient involves all informative activities related to the patient, family, health education, prevention, care, and cure.Hence, educating patient should be considered as a part of patient care, not as an separate activity (Farahani et al., 2013). The major theme of this study was inappropriate organizational culture which includes eight factors. They are, not providing importance to patient education, activities which are non-professional, more importance given to physician, conflict and lack of coherence in education,mis communication, ignoring patient 's right in education, lacking motivation and rewarding system in the organization, and poor supervision and control.
