In Islam, workers’ satisfaction is imperative. Yousef 2001 propounded that relationship between job satisfaction and Islamic work Ethics is pivotal to make strategies for explaining the factors that cause lowering of satisfaction level of employees in a work setup. The former studies supports that Islamic Work Ethics has a close relationship with job satisfaction (Vitell and Davis, 1990; Viswesvaran and Deshpande, 1996; Yousef, 2001; Koh and Boo, 2001; Rokhman 2010).
