The Doctrine of Trinity is the Revelation of the Bible The goal of this paper is to defend that the doctrine of trinity is the revelation of the Bible. God has been triune before the creation of the world and will be triune forever. God exists in three distinct Persons, the Father, son and Holy Spirit and each person is fully God. There is only one God, not three God. This paper will find indications of trinity in the Old Testament and look at complete revelation of the Trinity in the new Testament. God’s revelation of trinity is consistent between the Old Testament and the New Testament. The Trinity in The Old Testament Bruce emphasizes that the Trinitarian doctrine is built upon the twin pillars of the oneness of the divine essence and the Threeness of the divine persons. The idea of oneness of God in the Old Testament is obvious. Jew had been monotheist since God made covenant with Abraham. One verse that a Jew would remember and recite often was Deuteronomy 6:4: "Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is one.” The first commandment of Decalogue is about worshiping the only one God, which is a constant theme throughout the whole Old Testament. Isaiah 45:5 says, “I am the LORD, and there is no other; apart from me there is no God.” The Old Testament clearly states that there never has been any other God but Him.
