The definition of team development stages are special challenges to a group of people to work together successfully by using each development stage. The team and the organization take action to develop each stage to support the team to be a success and accomplish the mission. (b) The example of each team development stage is Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing and Adjourning stages. The forming stage develops when the team members meet each other at the first meeting and share information, experience and determine how the team will organize. They learn about a new project and discuss a project 's goals and find out what role might work well together. The storming stage develops when teams know each other and begin to address tasks and individual …show more content…
(b) The leaders need to have a special vision and strategy to direct the organization. They also have a positive attitude and display high integrity and honesty. They can solve the problems and build relationship with the members. They should be a good listener in order to communicate with the members and can work with everyone and motivate them. They have an open mind and passion for the work. (c) My plan of action to use leadership skills are to set up my goal with members and have a strategic plan to succeed the project. I need to have more passion and enthusiasm and keep a positive attitude toward the members. I also recognize the member 's value and influence a good motivation. I have to improve my communication skill and continue to educate to develop my leadership skill. I will build my trust and make them to believe my words. When they stick together, they follow what the other member 's behavior. The member 's position affect to the group. Statue is the member 's raking in the group and base on the job title, salary, expertise in field, education level, race and impact the high performance. Member 's individual role is important in the group to be able to perform it as best and other roles like task, maintain, self-interest role need to use in order to group development.(c) My plan of action to specifically use each of the team dynamics is setting project within the deadline and gather members who can be able to to improve their ability to help the team 's objective. I will participate in the group meeting and cohesive with each one of the member to develop for the agreement toward the objective. I will need to have a high status to influence others and keep a good relationship with members. In order to play each role to fit any place to help the team to better perform, I will continue to develop my skill and knowledge for the proper education through the school or
