This is the processing of identification, measurement, management and development of the organization 's performance. It is showing how employees are going to perform, and ultimately improve the level of performance. Unfortunately, performance appraisal is not people’s favorite things to do, it may lead the manager or staff, management to have many problems. From the managers are not trained to failure.
