Reaction time itself is an inherent ability, but overall response time can be improved by practice. Coach and athletes need to analyse the type of skill and the requirements of their sport and decide where overall response gains can be made. Consider the following:
• Detecting the cue - in a sprint start, focusing on the starter's voice and the sound of the gun and separating this from background crowd noise and negative thoughts
• Detecting relevant cues - a goalkeeper learning to analyze body language at penalties

Give reasons for this assessment. My Overall work was up to mark as I considered all aspects. I have created the right environment, it will all flow together. I have goals, benchmarks, evaluations and directions for improvement. The whole purpose of performance appraisals is to identify your strengths and weaknesses, and what is and is not working. It is not meant to be a score sheet. Whatever tools and processes you use, it should be directed to constructive action items of what you, athletes, staff or management need to do to improve the culture and environment .This is much more complicated than most people think so caution is recommended.

• Arrange for teachers to use the library during class times. This allows both teachers and students to study and research together. • Enlist volunteer aides. • Seek out student teachers who might be able to be given limited certificates that allow them to take on legal responsibility for students. • Organize and promote team teaching, which would give teachers more flexibility in how they plan and implement a peer-coaching program.
What do you think will be the cost of not implementing new strategies into your role as a manager?
