The privately held Florida owned company Publix, being the quickest-growing grocery chain in America has both tangible and non-tangible qualities that make it unique and stand out from others. Publix has fostered a culture and strategy from the corporate to functional level of people first, whether that is employee or customer; being an employee- owned business and not a corporate bully that exploits worker’s it has become more profitable than any of its competitors.
