Activity Waiver & Release form This agreement releases any participant from liability relating injuries that may occur while at Lightning Wrestling Club. By signing this agreement, I agree to hold Lightning Wrestling Club entirely free from liability, including financial responsibility for injuries, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. I also acknowledge the risks involved in Wrestling. The participant understands that by signing this Agreement, the participant agrees to be forever prevented from suing or otherwise claiming against the Activity Provider for any property loss, personal injury, or death that may be sustained while participating in or preparing for the above noted activity.
