For example, SUBWAY caring the customers’ health and make fresh food but doesn’t realize it effects on the environment issue like harm animals, water pollution etc. Stakeholder approach describes and considers different types of benefits that are gained by member of stakeholders such as shareholders, customers, suppliers, trade union, employers and employees (Lobel, 2003).
