Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) represents an ethical business that growing strategic concern for corporations around the world, many of which are adopting CSR as a core management or bard-level function. Though the organization has a good norm it’s still affect to the other in different way identically because of the action rapidly fastest franchise chain can be impact to the other interest such as franchise’s owners’ dissatisfaction or trouble in booting wages, the changing of ingredient and menu and the cost of the pay-fees. From the Headquarters of the SUBWAY, it’s good to be expanded but unlike from franchise view it’s unfair. It seems SUBWAY have only care about things that benefit to them and own description of states of the world that actions are motivated by this description. Due to the rule of Ross’s 7 Prima Facie duties, franchise get suffered by the SUBWAY progress. As in the theory of utilitarianism is a moral principle that holds that the morally right course of action in any situation is the one that produces the greatest balance of benefits over harms for everyone affected and offers a relatively straightforward method for deciding the moral right course of action for any particular situation. Based on the result-based the right choose of the situation make most happiness for the SUBWAY and least unhappiness for the largest number of people so that SUBWAY organization should consider both side of view and must have justification. Both of moral and ethics should have in every organization. As Corporate social responsibilities policies focus specially on avoid doing harm such as negative right. For example, SUBWAY caring the customers’ health and make fresh food but doesn’t realize it effects on the environment issue like harm animals, water pollution etc. Stakeholder approach describes and considers different types of benefits that are gained by member of stakeholders such as shareholders, customers, suppliers, trade union, employers and employees (Lobel, 2003). As in the issue, SUBWAY really care too much for the customers and lack to understand from the suppliers or shareholders so that the revenue crashes down. So that due to the theory of ethical egoism, is morally right action is the one that best promotes the best individual performing action’s own interest, it seems SUBWAY care only own interest.
