My past experience on a charge issue team showcased this issue as tasks were created and completed but they rarely solved the issue. Finally, responsibility for the team’s performance can be a structural inhibitor. The team must encompass a united responsibility for the success of the team (Goetsch & Davis, 2014). Leadership should understand these inhibitors to help the team succeed. As presented in the South African case, inadequate leadership can result in a team that is not prepared for the challenges presented.
