Abstract
This report is based on a well-known fast food restaurant named McDonalds. It includes a brief introduction about the corporation and mainly informs us about the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats of McDonalds as precisely as possible.

Strengths :
One of the main strengths of McDonald is that they have Brand recognition; the organization's brand is the most perceived brand in fast food industry and is esteemed at $40 billion. McDonald’s is additionally very popular by the Ronald McDonald clown and the Golden Arch.
Second strength of McDonald is their locally adapted food menus. The fast food chain is working in numerous different societies where tastes in cuisines are most likely not the same as those of US or European customers. And due to this they will have a wider range of customers that come to buy their products thus increasing the profitability of the business, They have possessed the capacity to handle its diversified menu; therefore their ability to adjust to neighborhood tastes is one of McDonald’s main qualities.
Another drawback that McDonalds has is that, in the eye of the public they have an image of a cheap place to eat and because of this may people think that since the prices are cheap the quality will also be very poor compared to other companies that have a reasonable pricing range. …show more content…
People can order whatever type of food they want and stay at home and save a lot of time, people that don’t have a lot of free time and that are always busy will benefit from the home delivery services, only a few branches of McDonalds around the world provide home delivery services. McDonald’s introducing this method of delivery would increase the number of customers willing to buy their products.
The other opportunity that McDonalds has to take is by making their business more recognizable and profitable by taking the initiative to make the organization's life span longer and help them achieve their goals, they first need to create a plan to make a positive open picture in the local community. They can also encourage employees to look and act their best so that the customers will feel more welcomed.
