I will say this, Starmark is very lucky to have their head instructor, “Phil” (not his real name because I did not ask permission to use it). If it were not for “Phil” I would have left in week two and asked for my money back. I, naively, felt a difference could be made – clearly management cannot be aware of these issues I thought but I was proven
