Puppy mill puppies live in cramped cages, not having room to exercise multiple puppies die and have multiple diseases. But not just that puppies would leave their families behind when they leave. Some do not go to safe homes and it already been bad for them so it just gets worse. Health care and welfare is not a priority to puppy mills.
