There is a huge opportunity involved by implementing a new training process that includes efficiency and production of better work for new hire employees or incoming interns. This starts them off with the foundation to be successful in their specific jobs in the future. The problem is not laziness at work. What has changed is the lack of an accurate training program to teach the new hires their specific objectives and show them where key information can be found in order to do more productive work. A new training program will help new hire employees first learn the specific objectives expectations and goals of their specific department. Then this will have an effective way to gain quick access to the programs that they are needing in order to complete their work. These issues can seem very minuscule, and often are overlooked. These issues fall along the process of not having a real training program for new hire employees. The big issue for the company and especially managers lies with the efficiency and productive output of employees work. Without an effective training program many employees are left without a real understanding of their expectations and work to complete. Also, with a misunderstanding of the real work to complete and expectations, employees then don 't produce the level of work to their max capabilities. Many other employees as well as myself struggled with having access to many of the programs in order to be able to complete our work. Through the many struggles and irritations involved with your first few weeks of working, a new training program should be implemented into the routine with this business. Management and employees are both affected tremendously from this current situation. Management isn’t receiving quality work from their new employees because they don’t have access to programs and don’t know their duties. New employees aren’t producing quality work or succeeding in their jobs because they aren’t getting the necessary training or tools in order to complete
