The Importance Of Sales Relationship
Samantha had a strong understanding of all of the other foundations of the sales department, but still could not grasp the concept of monitoring her metrics. I was really curious why after an eight week training program Samantha was still confused about this foundation of being a sales associate. I was motivated by my need to be a valuable employee; The following days, I used all of my free time to gather as much information as possible to solve this problem. I interviewed associates, the training staff, and a few members of the management staff on their feeling on the lack of training on tracking metrics. After I researched effective training methods used by other successful companies, I created a presentation with a complete outline with all of the information the training should cover. After having the presentation reviewed by a few members of the training staff, I was offered the opportunity to propose this change to the management team.
