Free Bus Rides

Should the elderly receive free bus rides? Should the elderly receive free bus rides ? the elderly should not pay for public transport, because they are limited in their finance. Most of the elderly are retired and have no more income coming in. The only money they have left its for them to buy their food , medicine, rent etc or even maybe to go on a mini vacations. I say vacation because the money they get from retirement they should be able to enjoy it on a vacation every once in a while. They live life already they are tired and they also have to much time on their hands Because they don 't work anymore. I strongly believe that elderly people should have free bus rides just for the simple fact that they are old and they shouldn’t be driving their cars they have poor eyesight and react slow. In the past few years there’s been a lot of car accidents involving elderly people and unfortunately there’s been people killed. This means that if they do let elderly people get free bus rides, there will be less car accidents on the road. It would reduce car accidents deaths that 's the way I see it. A free bus ride will become a good motivation for them to be out and not be stuck at home watching television. In my opinion they have to enjoy the rest of their life.
