Literature Review There are numerous internal factors that affect change in health care organizations. Some of the internal factors are “Shared Leadership”, “Human Resource Management”, “Information Technology Services”, and “Management Information Systems.” Team B has utilized their decision-making and researching skills to obtain three peer-reviewed articles which pertain to internal factors that affect change in health care organizations. The following will describe the changes mentioned in each of the peer-reviewed articles and describe the affect internal factors has on the organizations. It will describe any affect the changes may have on the community or other organizations. In addition, it will define the internal and external factors that affected the changes in the organization. In conclusion, describing how the organization overcame the challenges of change. …show more content…
Research into leadership has tended to focus on the skills, traits and actions of the individual leader, as opposed to the leadership properties of groups or teams (p 26).The perception of changes in “Shared Leadership” endeavors a way of broadening risk engaging, modification/alterations, and obligations that will devise an health care organization to be receptive, manageable, and profitable. Shared leadership is somewhat different then team leadership/managerial. Needless to say, it is not a prototype variation from the traditional structure of teams/departments.
