Rock Cycle Worksheet

Students will be able identify the three basic rock structures from the three parts of the Rock Cycle and be able to explain how they were made.

I can identify an Igneous, a Sedimentary and a Metamorphous rock, explain how it was formed and which part of the Rock Cycle it belongs to. Formative-

-able to differentiate a sedimentary, metamorphic and igneous rock during the rock lab

Differentiation-
-Materials will be handed out to allow student movement.
-Follow up with student to make sure they are following along, help student if needed.
-Allow student extra time to finish worksheet if needed.
-make sure homework is put in students “take-home folder”
