This will allow for me to remain healthy and not gain unnecessary body fat. To eat a balanced diet I will eat 45%-65% of carbs, about 35% of fats (preferably unsaturated), and 10%-15% of protein in my diet. For my workouts, I will weight lift to build muscle. This will help me for dance because I will be stronger. I will also run to build endurance which will help for both soccer and dance, as well as making my heart strong. I will run for at least two miles every other day and also do ab, arm, and leg workouts. I will balance my ability in flexibility, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and cardiorespiratory endurance. Exercise has many benefits besides disease prevention and weight control/loss.
