Although family and school always come first, I do my best to maintain a healthy relationship with my friends. My social life affects my mental-emotional health through the way my relationships take a toll on my mind. If my relationships with the people in my life are unhealthy, it may have a negative effect on my mental health. Also, my social life can affect my physical health because of the habits I may pick up. If I hang around a lot of people who eat bad foods, I may begin to start eating a lot of bad foods as well.
