This is going to result in the healthier living of children all around the world, cutting down on the problems such as obesity and unhealthy living of children. In fact, exercise is one of the most important parts of keeping your body at a healthy weight. Exercise helps children lose weight and lower the risk of some diseases. Research has shown that after 30 minutes on the treadmill, students solve problems up to 10 percent more effectively. “What we 're trying to do here is jump start their brain," says Paul Zientarski, chairman of the Physical Education Department at Naperville. By having a physical education class at the beginning of the day, students are going to be able to be more awake and alert when entering the classroom after their first period. A teacher at Naperville has their students perform a “brain break” whenever he believes that his students are zoning out or not in tuned with the lesson.
