From this health course, I hope to learn how to care for myself properly. Above caring for myself, I hope to be able to help others, whether they are in distress or not feeling well. I want to be knowledgeable about disease and nutrition if I ever run into a situation in the future where I will have to use said knowledge. By taking this health course, I will be able in things that I would otherwise not be.

To be successful in this CVA Health Course, I will communicate all my concerns if I have any. As well as expressing my concerns, if I'm in dire need of health or get behind in work, I will go to a help session. I will make sure to ask many questions if needed. I will also use my emails often to address any issues I might have explicitly.
