During the Heifer Project I realized how important proper communication is and how you need it in everything you do. I realized that without proper communication you can never do anything or get anywhere in life.I believe that communication is one of the most important things in group projects is to not fight and argue which is where I believe proper communication can help those situations.
In our group, people would sometimes sit around and not help or do all the work and not let the others take part in anything. Communication works really well in those situations because we can talk things out and come up with a good compromise. I am not saying that I did everything right and I was the best one in the group because and I was the leader
