Recognition In The Workplace: Video Analysis

After watching video number one, I learned that recognition is one of the best ways to get people to be motivated. It is important as a manager/supervisor to remind your staff of their great progress. Once someone has been recognized, then the individual will want to continue progressing in their work. The second video focuses on handwritten notes that the CEO company writes to his employees. By writing personal messages to his employees, it has encouraged the employees to continue working hard and to keep doing what they are doing to get this recognition.
1. Does it make sense to shift the focus of an employee working assignments from a university base to an inner city base?
