More and more companies are introducing wellness programs into the work place. Not only do wellness programs reduce injuries, long-term disability and health care costs, but they also significantly decrease absenteeism, boost employee morale, and increases loyalty and productivity. Unfortunately, some employees aren’t as gung-ho about their health as much as you’d like them to be. So how do you solve this problem?
