However, there are lots of quality measurements used by various organizations such as health care industry to improve their work performance. Below are two of the quality measurements used by the health care to improve their services.

1.STRUCTURE Assesses the characteristics of a care setting which includes personnel, facilities, policies related to the care delivery Does the emergency unit have specialized physician in charge of cardiovascular at all times?
