Quality measurement in health care is a system process that uses data to evaluate the performance of health care plans as well as health care providers against recognized quality standards (familiesusa.org). However, there are lots of quality measurements used by various organizations such as health care industry to improve their work performance. Below are two of the quality measurements used by the health care to improve their services.
