.The use of quality as a tool for service has received the growing attention as a management tool in the medical care, private industry as well as the public health sector. According to research, the idea had received a very great deal of interest in various organizations with varying outcomes and has recently received increasing attention from the health care industry. However, the concept (quality) in terms of management allows organizations, businesses or institutions improve on its services and view it as the best provider. Therefore, quality can be defined as the standard of something use to measure against the other of a similar kind (massleague.org). On the other hand, it’s the degree of excellence of something. Quality measurement in health care is a system process that uses data to evaluate the performance of health care plans as well as health care providers against recognized quality standards (familiesusa.org). However, there are lots of quality measurements used by various organizations such as health care industry to improve their work performance. Below are two of the quality measurements used by the health care to improve their services.
