Elisha, based on my field observations, you've continued to demonstrate that you can perform this work in a safe manner. You used all your personal protective equipment as required by the department. You are also well aware of your surroundings at all times. You turn in your weekly vehicle inspections and monthly tools and ladder inspections.

    Having looked back on my mid year performance review I can say that I have accomplished everything and more what I set out in my original Mid Year review. Since my last performance review I have managed to complete the project area on share point, this has been a challenging piece of work to complete as there has been a lot of extra added benefits to make the new project area work for everyone.
