Some people believe that an embryo is not a life until all the parts are defined as human. Life begins with a cell. From the moment the cell or egg is fertilized it becomes an embryo, an organism in its early stage of development, a life. So life starts at the moment it is fertilized and removing it or destroying it, aborting it, is ultimately taking a life. Abortion, the subject is always a highly debatable topic. Once a woman becomes pregnant, she has a responsibility to nurture that life until born, not to take life away or kill life. There are laws for those that kill or take a life and the same should be for anyone who aborts a life because they do not want the responsibility. Those that are on the con side of abortion agree that life begins at conception and it is human. Abortion to them is murder. While those that are on the pro side of abortion feel that life begins at different stages and that you should not bring a child into the world if you cannot take care of it. “Life and death are closely related and so are the arguments to it” ( Some feel that a child has been brought on earth and he or she should be given the chance to live a life that has been planned for them. While others feel that life is simply a scientific process. It would be better for society to abort babies than to have them be brought up poor and neglected, where not only the child suffer s, but also society when that child develops a higher attraction to crime and welfare. Others believe abortion is a form of murder and demeans the value of human life. The advances of genetic testing may prompt more abortions to avoid having the non-ideal child.
