Not only can I find meaning by nurturing my newfound friendships, but I can also generate meaning by maintaining the relationships with my family and friends back home. I feel demonstrating professional behaviors at the beginning level is a strength of mine. For example, when my resident got a lesion on his bottom, I only reported the issue to the charge nurse, wound nurse, and the assigned CNA. The only people that need to know about the resident’s current health issues are individuals that are working with the resident, which results in providing the best possible care.
