In the past, Petosan has not always been able to meet demand because of their inefficient distribution network. This has led to irregular product deliveries, and eventually resulting in the loss of some major distributors.
Furthermore, their distribution channels might be too restrictive. By only allowing your product to be sold at specialty stores (that are frequented less), you are forcing your customers to go out of their way to obtain your products. This in turn opens up the market for products that are more accessible or easier to obtain. This problem can easily be solved by extending the current distribution channels to also include accessible locations such as supermarkets. Another possibility would be to set up
