It's coming up on two months of being a coach. By far a great decision on my part. While I may not know everything I need to know and be strict on my meal plan when it comes to clean eating, I'm still trying! It's not about being perfect and that is why so many people just give up! I still eat Sunrise every Wednesday for dinner.... To tell you the truth I probably never will have a full clean diet but that's okay. It's your body, you choose your meals just be considerate! I chose to do this to help myself and people, I am here for anyone! Personally I prefer Beachbody products over other programs, another reason why I chose to become a coach, but like anything else works only if you do them!
