Many of our past schools have had to been shut down and made the kids got into town or a different school. We must keep our schools open, for the sake of our town, our people, and our sanity. In a survey, conducted by the sophomore class on October 19, 2015, students were asked if they felt teachers spoke with them often about their plans after high school. A majority of the students felt like very few teachers ever asked about their futures plans either it was college or a job. I think it is important that teacher discuss this with students also trying to help them figure out what they want to do. Another thing that I believe needs improved is the enrollment numbers if we want to keep our school we need more kids. In an interview with Brian Munger on November 3, 2015, he suggested every business hiring at least one employee. One-on-one discussions between students and teachers concerning the students ' worries, plans for after high school, and general business would benefit both sides of the consultation. Teachers need to better understand about their students ' life outside of school. Working with different styles of learning would help the teachers to get their daily messages across to each student. Extracurricular activities need to be given same amount of attention by students, advisors, coaches, and teachers.
