It was August 2nd, the day I had to leave for Chicago to experience what was about to be the best day of my life. Around 7 pm that night my boyfriend Bruce, his family and I got into the car to start heading to Chicago. A few hours later had passed being in the car and we finally arrived at his relatives home that we would be staying at for three nights. I had never met the relatives of his that owned the home we were staying at so he introduced them to me. At first, it was a little awkward since I was just meeting them and was about to stay with them for three days but after a little while of getting to know them I completely fell in love with each of them. We left the house around 10 am to get to the train that would take us closer to where we needed to be which was Grant Park where Lollapalooza is hosted at.

The group Migos were the main reason I wanted to get tickets for Bruce and I to come to Lollapalooza in the first place because they were his favorite band.
As we were waiting for the Migos to come out on the stage we noticed how it kept just getting later and later and everyone was getting very impatient that the Migos were not out on stage yet. Finally thirty minutes later the Migos arrived. Everyone was so happy that they were finally there but were also disappointed that they were that late.
After watching Migos perform for only fifteen minutes since they had only scheduled a forty-five minute show time we decided just to wait where we were at so we could have a place to stand for the next performer which was Wiz Khalifa.
An hour later, it was finally time for Wiz Khalifa’s performance. When Wiz came out to the stage, everyone went ballistic! Wiz performed for an hour long and Bruce and I enjoyed every single second of it. It was more than amazing seeing him
