I was going to visit New Jersey, New York City, and Pittsburgh on my way to Cooperstown. My parents couldn’t get me to Pittsburgh, so, I went with one of my teammates. We left Chicago on Monday June 30th, 2014, and we arrived in Cooperstown on Saturday July 4th, 2014. We arrived in New Jersey the next morning where we would stay two nights. We all threw our gloves and hats in the air and celebrated like crazy kids.…

Two years ago, my boyfriend and I brought his two daughters to Six Flags Great Adventure in NJ for the first time. We all loved roller coasters, except for the youngest daughter because she had never been on a roller coaster before. I knew that if she did not go on a ride that my boyfriend would have to stay behind her. When we were walking into the park, I continued to tell her that I know she will go on all the roller coasters. She would then respond to me each time with “No I won’t”.…
