Personal Narrative: My Overall Food Behaviors

My overall food behaviors in these four days were very eye-opening to me. As it turns out, I need to pay more attention to what I’m putting into my body. A lot of my essential nutrients were low because I wasn’t eating enough calories and the foods that I were eating were high in fat. I need to work on getting enough whole grains, lean protein, fruits, and vegetables throughout my day. I now know that less calories, doesn’t mean healthy eating. I need to get more of the good foods in a higher quantity. My family influenced my eating the most. My family is busy and on the road visiting family a lot. Therefore, I end up eating less calories, but I’m also eating foods that are high in fat. And whatever they eat, I end up eating too. If my family
