Personal Narrative: How A Father Changed My Life

Growing up I’ve had a lot of memorable days. Some more important than others. The day I can honestly say was the most unforgettable, had to be when I became a father. I had my up's and down's when it came to parenting, but it all was worth it at the end of the day. I feel as if my kids changed my life for the better and I thank god for that.
On Sept. 8 2006 my first daughter Damariona Warren was born. At only 17 I was scared out my mind. Being a father was so unreal at the time. I could barely take care of myself, let alone another human being. When I first laid eyes on Damariona, I was so mesmerized that I could make something so precious and little to life. The way she looked and smiled at me told me it was time for a change, to get my life
