i said “Dad, what is this?” he said back to me “it is football Tommy.” and at that moment I was so intrigued by them kicking it between the “big yellow things” as I called them when I was a kid but I later learned they were called Goal posts. And so i asked my dad “Dad.. how do you play this game?” and he said “If you have time I will tell you.” So after a while of talking to him the urge to play this game got bigger and bigger! So I explained to my dad why I liked this game and he said they were starting a youth football league and I freaked out at the time I was in 4th grade and next would be my time to shine! So fifth grade year comes around I 'm all signed up for football and excited first practice so excited! I get there and I am told I cannot participate because I didn 't have my physical so here I am wondering what a physical is. So it 's my first game and I get up to the line and it 's a thirty four lead and I block my guy and I put him on the ground my first ever pancake block ever! And after that game the coaches put me on the starting offensive line but not at guard at center!
