The Big Game

It's October 13,2016.We are in Charleston,WV.This person is tall,basketball player,black hair,200 pounds,right handed.His personality is that he's smart,athletic,goofy, and has a temper,13 years old.His name is Joe Gilliam.People call him Lil J.There game is coming up they are 9-4.This up coming game is the championship game.

Lil J is in the 7th grade.He just made varsity.On October 14 he turned third teen.On that same day he broke his leg playing football with his friends.It's now January three month's since he broke his leg. Dr.Taylor said, "One more day till you can retune to doing the usuall stuff you do."

While in the doctor's office mom told Joe " Next time you get hurt wait at least two

It's time for the game but Lil J leg and ankel start hurting. He's off to a bad start. Coach Garnet call's for a time out. Coach G asked , "What's the matter Joe. " Joe replies " My ankel is starting to hurt. " The team is down by ten at the half. During the half Coach G start's to yell at them. Coach G "Yall need need some heart inside of your self's. You all playing like yall scared of them are you. " As the the team goes up coach call's for Lil J and started to yell and he got mad and stared to show his temper.

We are in the third quarter and Joe ankels still hurts,but he fight's thought the pain. The assistant coach helped he stretch his ankel out. When he get's back in there only down by six points. Some of the teammates put the team only down by two points. There is only five seconds left and Joe get's the ball. He's at the three point line. Three,Two,ONE he shoot's and it's it's good. Stonewall wins the game the score
