" Peak performers are those who become masters a creating excellence by focusing on results." (Bethel University, p.6)

In order to be a peak performer you have to make sure you are applying yourself in the best way possible. Taking steps in order to be where you want to be, or reaching your short-term or long-term goal. When you are a peak performer you know that you may not learn the same way as others, with that being said you know how your format of learning and you know how you can learn more. You will also need to step out of your comfort zone, in order to get different results you have to do different things. This may mean taking a few risks on certain things sometimes the outcome may not be what you wanted but by taking that you know what will work and what won't so you in that case you'll have to find a solution for the problem.
Self-assessment requires you to know a lot about yourself. Knowing how well you learn, and how you deal with situations.

I will have to know how to deal with conflict among others. While going to school I must obtain self-discipline. Keeping myself on a time schedule I have to jungle a 3 month old daughter and still be able to set aside time to my homework or study.

Personally that is one of my strengths being able to plan things out but I am an ultimate procrastinator so even though I plan those things out I may not do them on time. I have to know how to use the self-assessment tips using my critical thinking tools, and changing my pattern of being an ultimate procrastinator. With doing so I will receive better grades on assignments and learn more effectively.
After completing the Peak Performance test I have noticed that I more of a hands on learner. I like for the information to be right in front of me and be completely clear. My strongest abilities are all hands on
