Taking the peak performance assessment test, my lowest areas are writing, speaking, mathematics, and critical thinking. Speaking I believe I would be okay if I wasn't so shy in front of strange people. Writing I just have a lost for words. My mathematics, I just don't understand it. I feel if I applied confidence and learning not to let fear play a role in my abilities, it would help. Critical thinking, I need to learn to be more open-minded. Sometimes I believe I have a one track mind. I have done better with my critical thinking by not believing everything I read or hear. I have learned to look for the evidence that supports my initial assumptions, opinion and believes (Bethel University, 2013). I'm a kinesthetic learner. Doing the problem
