came in the office today for her 3 month checkup with Dr. Vincent Smith. While Dr. Smith was in the room with the patient she had a seizure. After the seizer was over the patient was in stable condition. Dr. Smith advises the patient, she should not drive home and to have someone come pick her up. The patient insisted she did not have anyone but will get a friend to check on her this evening. We did not want the patient to drive home so I called Cindy Good for advice and how to handle this situation.
The patient was driven home by Baptist security. I have called her and she is resting at home. She was very grateful for all the concern everyone had for her. We will be checking on the patient this week to see how she is doing.
