In my first article by Optimus Sourcing, it discusses the elements a company should consider when they need to conduct training and whether outsourcing the training to a company or person. Optimus Sourcing states that before a company even consider hiring an outside consultant, to examine four elements on a company wide basis, and they are targets, research, suitability, and scale. By taking this elements into consideration, it will directly impact and increase the chance of the training having a positive impact for the company in saving money, increasing quality, and having competent employees.
