My Goals At Antelope Valley College

Striving to graduate and become the best I personally can be. I plan to achieve far bigger heights then I have ever seen while being at AVC. I am studying Arts and Humanities for the board scope of history stored in art. Exploring the full diversity of the humanities, including art, literature, foreign language, mass media, natural science, and social science. Also gathering other information as I go switch contains things like law, religion and etc. I would love to leave this program with a 4.0 GPA or above, that’s in sight with me having a 3.0 GPA. Being half way through the program I have learned so much. I am from Florida so I’m getting the full college experience with being away from home. Following their guide, I have always valued and tried to get the most of any educational opportunity I have had. I strive myself with being the best I can be every day on campus having ambition to succeed. Success is to achieve goals, you have set. I have set certain goals I would like to achieve in my lifetime. Some of these goals are personal while others are professional. I plan to tell other how great my experience was at Antelope Valley College. I could say I have learnt true values of being an everyday student and athlete. The Athletic department has showed me hard work really does pays off just takes patience. Being a student at AVC I have accomplish so much within myself. I am learning the importance of really being active toward your goals. I have more drive because of our campus spirit to spend countless hours there striving for more knowledge. Once I’m done at AVC I plan to advance to a Four year University and pursue majoring in Psychology. My goal is to earn a B.A degree in that field of study, which will assist me in my future career as a teen psychologist. I believe assisting teens is what I will love to do every day. I know teens face some of the most problems in today’s life with becoming who you are. I will have the patience and the necessary knowledge to provide helpful advice to teens to keep them pushing forward. Once I have obtained my education I plan to turn around and give back to the College that helped me reach new avenues. This scholarship would be the perfect guidance in that direction for
