Most Effective Way Leaders Establish Credibility

The most effective way leaders establish credibility is by using influence tactics to get the most productivity from their team. These are ways to keep the team motivated and keep high morale to get to the end results successfully (Griffith & Dunham, 2015). I feel the best way for credibility is to treat the team as you would want to be treated. Make them feel like you are just one of the team and not their leader. The team has to be confident in the knowledge of their lead that will help them grow and achieve success. I had a lead once that, I felt should not have been a lead.
