According to former United States President Dwight Eisenhower “The supreme quality for leadership is unquestionably integrity. Without it, no real success is possible, no matter whether it is on a section gang, a football field, in the army, or in an office.” As a team, having the integrity to stand up to adversity, and face it is very important. Championship teams are in the spotlight, and everyone will try to pick out the team’s problems.
