4 Corners Cookie Company The 4 Corners Cookie Company was established in 2013 from a vision of Robert Brown to create a local and unique cookie and bakery company that produces quality cookies, cupcakes and cakes. The 4 Corners Cookie Company breaks the mold of creating commonly known round cookies and produces all of its 16 varieties of cookies in the shape of a square, hence the 4 Corners Cookie Company. One equipment manufacturer says there are countless benefits of a versatile depositing and finishing system, including: * Increased productivity due to high-speed production capabilities and precise portion-control * Increased profitability through ingredient savings * Better quality control and product consistency * Reduction in labor costs * Minimum training required for new bakery employees * Increase in efficiency by producing larger batches in less time * Reduce production frequency and draw unbaked goods from freezer as needed * Increase in sales through additional orders due to a wider range of products.

3. Quality Variance
When quality is not consistent and predictable it is likely that it is a symptom of a productivity problem. Sometimes, this is linked to either a lack of training, or ineffective training. Other times it is due to variations in components or materials When the product quality is not consistent the amount of rework or rejects will climb and the situation will reduce profit as productivity declines.
