Leadership from Mike Zeiders all the way to operations supervisors model many of the cultural norms and core values every day. They focus on continual process improvement by giving the staff freedom, allowing them to utilize yearly training requirements and encouraging individuals to deliver their personal best. Since most of the staff including the founder, Mike Zeiders, have military connections, a high level of standards, respect, honor, integrity, and diversity are highly valued. Similarly to the diversity you see in the military, Zeiders has a history of employing individuals from all walks of life. These differences are celebrated and encouraged. Employees are encouraged to find solutions and improve every aspect of the company. Yearly surveys are sent out to assist leadership in making improvements to the company and work environment. …show more content…
When there is a problem it is a collaborative effort. Individuals from different levels brainstorm ideas to find the best solution to each problem. This is one of the reasons employees stay at Zeiders. They feel respected, valued, and their hard work is appreciated. Employees see first-hand the impact they are making with our service members and their families. Being able to see someone else’s progress in life inspires employees to give their personal best and keep improving and utilizing new training and educational opportunities.
Although employees are given titles at Zeiders and most people are familiar with the military mind set of following your chain of command, everyone at Zeiders wants everyone to succeed and is willing to lend a helping
