INTERPRETATION: The above table no. 1 attempts to conclude that, 33.3% of the respondents opined with regard to measuring of evaluation after training program that 50% of the employees feel satisfactory in the IT sector, 66.7% of the respondents opined to 25% as good towards the measuring of training program after pre and post training. In summarization, 66.7% of the respondents have an unsatisfactory opinion towards the method

It is crucial to develop, deliver and evaluate training activities based on the expectation of the organization. The fundamental intention of training is to develop and deliver training for the competence of the employees and therefore evaluating and examining the training and development program is but a basic necessity. By doing this exercise only the rationale of training is established and that is training is not the cost but is an investment.
