Sweet Home’s training program is a one-on one mentoring model. The trainee will be assign with a bake or decorate trainer and will be in charge for that trainee’s learning and evaluation. This program is designed to train trainees developing additional job skills in baking or decorating such as mixing, icing, shaping, etc. It also help the trainees to gain some important soft skills such as timeliness, discipline, team working and communication.
The Trainer are responsible on implementing the evaluation which takes place in one month cycles. All the evaluation will be examined by the Head of Baker and Manager. The trainer will give some tasks to the trainees for them to solve it in a period of time and evaluate their performance based on their
