That is why there is an “Organization Chart” (Nickles, McHugh, & McHugh, 2013) In this organizational chart it list the types of managers. There is the “Top Management”, the “Middle Management”, and the “Supervisory (First-Line) Management”. Top management would be the creator of the company and the respective higher executives such as the CEO, CFO, COO, and the President(s). Middle management would be the general managers, division managers, and plant managers. They are the mouth piece from the creator or higher up of the company. They help the employees reach goals and set even new goals for the company. They posses the leadership skills to lead a multitude of people and keep them motivated. They know what needs to be done and they come up with a game plan on how to get it done more effectively. They are great planners. Things come up and they deal with them accordingly to keep the integrity of the company. They are also authoritative, in the aspect that they command respect, and are able to be trusted based off of their work
